The villa, located on 2,500 m² of wooded land, is air-conditioned and is located in a quiet residential area and close to all shops (3 minutes by car) and a bus stop (400 m).
The 8 x 4 m private swimming pool is secure.
The two rooms offered are equipped with a 140 cm bed (Bedroom 1) and 180 cm (Bedroom 2), a closet, a desk and a TV. Sheets are provided.
Bedroom no. 2 is air-conditioned and is located upstairs. It also has a sofa convertible into a double bed. The maximum number of people accommodated is 6.
A large and bright teleworking space (desk, printer, WiFi, fiber Internet access) on an air-conditioned mezzanine overlooking the garden is available.
All bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and the bay window on the terrace side have mosquito nets.
